Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary internal contact for customers and sales, meticulously managing all aspects of the order cycle from initial customer account setup and forecast gathering to final delivery coordination. Key responsibilities include processing all order documentation (quotes, orders, cancellations) in the data management system, ensuring data accuracy and coordinating promised ship dates with production. The role maintains strong customer relationships through timely correspondence, collaborates with external sales on optimizing non-standard pricing, compiles complex daily/monthly management reports using sales data, and supports the sales department by preparing marketing materials and assisting with trade show coordination, while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and accuracy in all tasks.
