Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to a clinical guidelines department and associated physician committees
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general departmental inquiries and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate clinical consensus statement (CCS) panels, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and assigned budgets
- Manage update literature review (ULR) and amendment activities to assess and maintain the currency of existing clinical documents
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and documentation for committee, panel, and departmental meetings
- Draft meeting minutes, summaries, and presentation materials related to guideline development and dissemination
- Support licensing and endorsement initiatives in collaboration with internal leadership and external medical societies
- Assist with multi-organization collaborations, including physician nominations, reviews, and approvals
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, education, policy, and foundation teams to support departmental initiatives
