- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding accounts, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions clearly and accurately
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
