Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for all sales roles, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
- Leverage outside selling experience to assess candidates' sales skills, field readiness, and performance potential.
- Deliver engaging presentations to candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners regarding hiring processes, expectations, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of skilled and motivated sales talent.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to understand role requirements, team needs, and future hiring demands.
- Conduct outreach through networking, cold reach-outs, industry events, and digital platforms to attract passive and active candidates.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline trends, and hiring outcomes.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes for efficiency, candidate experience, and quality-of-hire improvements.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, showcasing culture and opportunities to potential talent
