What You'll Do:
- Are you an experienced and confidential professional who can support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant for a permanent position in Fort Lauderdale.
What You'll Do:
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and logistics for high-profile corporate events and off-sites.
- Coordinate and prepare for Board and committee meetings, including logistics and materials.

- Draft high-level documents, presentations, and reports.
- Support enterprise projects by tracking milestones and preparing executive summaries.
- Serve as a professional and confidential liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, including financials and HR matters.
- Partner with Communications and HR to assist with executive messaging.

salary: $34 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Able to support with the organization of scheduling appointments and maintaining throughout the week.
- strong written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but we are open to reviewing candidates that have a good amount of experience without a formal degree.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams etc.)
