Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing FTZ admissions (e214s), shipments, and weekly entries.
- Maintaining a "audit-ready" environment through meticulous record-keeping.
- Conducting inventory reconciliations and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- Experience: Proven track record in FTZ operations or Customs brokerage.
- The "Tech" Factor: Proficiency in FTZ software (like Integration Point, QuestaWeb, or similar) and ERP systems.
- Detail-Obsessed: You’re the type of person who catches a typo in a 50-page manual.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex trade regulations into plain English for the rest of the team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all zone operations adhere to CBP/FTZ regulations and U.S. trade laws.
- Documentation & Filings: Prepare and manage essential CBP filings, including e214, CF 216, and CF 7512.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; support ERP/WMS integration with FTZ software.
- Audits & SOPs: Lead FTZ audits and reviews; maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and internal training programs.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and efficiency gains while maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace.
