In this multifaceted role, you won’t just be processing claims—you’ll be a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will bridge gaps across Patient Accounts, Overprovision, and A/R teams, ensuring departmental continuity while assisting with the development of our workforce.

Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle & Claims Management
- Manage ETM worklists to resolve "No Activity" claims, denials, and formal appeals.
- Analyze rejection trends and carrier issues to provide actionable data to management.
- Research and resolve complex carrier disputes and unusual billing circumstances.
- Perform high-volume payment posting for lockbox receipts and electronic remits (ERA).
- Maintain daily logs of all posted batches to ensure financial accuracy.
- Process insurance and guarantor credit balances in strict accordance with HCFS and internal policies.
- Execute required actions on specialized reports, including IMBS, Charge Corrections, and Transaction Limits.
- Handle all correspondence and telephone inquiries regarding overprovisions and account discrepancies.
- Partner with the Trainer to facilitate new hire orientations and employee transfers.
- Provide subject matter expertise during system upgrades and implementation phases.
- Deliver front-line technical support for team members, including template management and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain departmental efficiency by providing cross-coverage support across Patient Accounts and A/R teams.
