- Location: Morrisville, NC 27709
- Pay: $18/hr
- Schedule: On-site from January 5th-February 13th
- Welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude, issue badges and direct them where they need to go
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and handle email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Enter data, create documents with microsoft office, ad keep simple stats and logs up to date
- Submit and track maintenance/janitorial requests from the lobby through the online case system
- Jump in on special projects and cross-train to support other office fuctions as needed.
- 2+ years in customer service, front office, or a similar people-facing role.
- Confident verbal and written communication and a naturally welcoming, empathetic style.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with attendance, proactive when issues arise, and happy to work both independently and with a team.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs (or state maximum) and sit/stand for long periods with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Ensure all visitors into the office possess a badge i.e. employee, temporary or guest badg
- Notifies employees or contractors of visitor arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Corresponding via email using Microsoft Outlook
- Provide special project and administrative support on an ad hoc basis
- Effectively addressing and resolving client and customer concerns and/or complaints
- Responsible for submitting cases through the company’s on-line case management system for all maintenance or janitorial issues regarding the lobby as well as following up as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Data entry & word processing using Microsoft Suite.
- Keeping statistical data on services provided.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
