- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sourcing, sales support, or market research
- Experience sourcing for sales candidates preferred
- Solid research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Phenom a plus) and lead generation tools
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and data sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience sourcing for sales candidates highly preferred
- Experience in B2B lead generation

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using online databases, social platforms, CRM tools, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, role, and buying intent
- Conduct outbound sourcing activities including email research, LinkedIn sourcing, Indeed Sourcing and data enrichment
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and targets
- Maintain and update CRM systems with clean, organized, and up-to-date lead information
- Track sourcing metrics such as lead volume, quality, and conversion rates
- Stay current with sourcing tools, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Be able to provide market research on our competition and track competitive data throughout the year
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
