We are looking for a Loan Specialist to ensure our clients' records are perfect and customers are taken care of. If you’re a problem-solver who can speak confidently with external partners while managing complex data, we want to hear from you!
salary: $21 - $21.41 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile fees and non-numeric information.
- Perform research through loan documents and online databases
- Use various resources and internal job aids
- Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.
- 30% of time will go to the settlement agent and ask for missing pieces of info. Will need to speak confidently to the agent to get what they need
- Update and note system of record.
- Determine whether the settlement agent or needs to process a refund check to customer (Sierra’s team (shipping) send refund checks out)
- Meet SLA’s
