- Proven Data Entry Experience: Fast and accurate typing skills are a must.
- Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things—like a SKU being one digit off or a box being slightly dented.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using warehouse management software, scanners, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Receiving & Inspection – Unload incoming shipments, verify piece counts against packing slips, and inspect all goods for damage.
- Digital Inventory Management – Perform heavy data entry by inputting received goods into our online system with 100% accuracy.
- Discrepancy Resolution – Identify and report any shortages, overages, or incorrect items to the purchasing department immediately.
- Documentation – Maintain organized digital and physical files of Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and receiving reports.
