Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on past-due accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Post and apply payments accurately to customer accounts
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation of collection activity
• Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding balances
• Support month-end accounts receivable processes

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and respectfully
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Solid data entry and basic Excel skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
