Randstad is seeking a Site Coordinator to support daily workforce operations at an on-site client location. This role serves as a key point of contact for our workforce and client, helping ensure attendance accuracy, schedule alignment, and smooth day-to-day operations. The Site Coordinator works directly with employees at shift start, on the production floor, and throughout the day, assisting with basic HR needs, communication, and issue resolution to keep productivity high and operations running efficiently.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Check in employees at shift start and verify attendance
  
  
• Confirm schedules, shift assignments, and work locations
  
  
• Escort employees to assigned production areas
  
  
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employee questions
  
  
• Assist with day-to-day HR items, including timecards, schedules, and policy questions
  
  
• Track attendance issues such as call-outs, tardiness, and no-shows
  
  
• Process timecards and support weekly payroll processing
  
  
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
  
  
• Support recruiting efforts including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientations
  
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines to meet staffing needs
  
  
• Communicate staffing gaps and workforce updates to leadership and clients
  
  
• Conduct floor walks to monitor employee placement and compliance
  
  
• Reinforce safety standards, site rules, and Randstad policies
  
  
• De-escalate employee issues and escalate as needed
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in recruiting and workforce systems
  
  
• Complete end-of-shift reporting and handoff documentation
