A client of ours is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager in Louisville’s East End. In this critical role, you will champion operational excellence by driving defect prevention, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our supply chain. Responsibilities

• Supplier Development: Partner with suppliers to implement best practices focused on defect prevention, waste reduction, and continuous process improvement.
  
  
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Design and execute rigorous inspection and testing protocols to ensure all products meet industry and company standards.
  
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze manufacturing data to generate comprehensive reports that inform quality-related decision-making.
  
  
• Operational Compliance: Ensure all production processes strictly adhere to internal procedures while maintaining alignment with delivery deadlines.
  
  
• Staff Leadership: Train and supervise production teams in quality assessment techniques and best-in-class manufacturing practices.
  
  
• Process Monitoring: Track products throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle to verify accuracy and consistency at every production stage.
  
  
• Final Product Inspection: Conduct detailed, recorded evaluations of finished goods to guarantee total compliance before market release.
  
  
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify and eliminate sub-standard products while investigating technical failures to prevent recurrence and minimize quality costs.
