Responsibilities
- Oversee GL integrity and ensure compliance with US GAAP. Prepare complex journal entries, including accruals and intercompany allocations.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts (Cash, AR, Fixed Assets, Liabilities) to ensure data integrity.
- Execute accelerated month/quarter/year-end closing activities within established deadlines.
- Assist in preparing financial statement packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct "Flux Analysis" to explain performance drivers.
- Assist with IFRS adjustments and intercompany eliminations.
- Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline the close as the company continues its rapid growth trajectory.
