In this role, you’ll be the frontline hero, solving puzzles, answering questions, and ensuring every customer walks away with a smile. salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Direct Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose customer pain points and provide accurate, creative solutions.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions in our CRM to ensure a seamless customer history.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our product team by sharing common customer suggestions and issues.
- Follow-up: Ensure every customer is satisfied with their resolution before closing a ticket.
- Experience: 2 in a customer-facing role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (English).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly; experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, "can-do" spirit even during busy periods.
