As theGovernment Compliance Audit Analyst, you will:
- Architect and Maintain the Government Compliance SharePoint intranet, ensuring seamless data accessibility for internal stakeholders.
- Drive Success in DCAA/DCMA RFI audits by meticulously collecting and preparing file reviews and monthly metrics.
- Lead Financial Integrity initiatives, assisting in the development and review of annual Incurred Cost Submissions.
- Innovate Processes through data mining and automated tools, streamlining record retrieval for high-stakes audits.
- Partner with Leadership on special projects directed by the Compliance Director, gaining a panoramic view of the regulatory landscape.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in compliance or audit response.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proven knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GAAP is required.
- Intermediate IT proficiency (SharePoint/automated tools) and expert-level communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
