Responsibilities
- MUST have open flexibility to opening and/or closing shifts as well as open to working rotating weekends
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm greeting and proactive assistance to every customer to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales, payments, and gift cards using the POS system while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Returns & Refunds: Manage customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policy and proper documentation.
- Product Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, seasonal promotions, and brand features to drive sales.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor floor stock levels and proactively restock items from the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing sales floor according to company display standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist with shipment processing, price tagging, and periodic inventory counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a professional demeanor, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Loss Prevention: Follow safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including light cleaning and organizing the checkout area for the next shift.
