Responsibilities
- International Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between US and international member firms to coordinate people strategies and global initiatives.
- Strategy Execution: Lead the design and implementation of global mobility programs, ensuring compliance and cultural sensitivity across a diverse network of service centers.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR partners and business leaders on international deployment and talent mobility issues.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze global mobility data to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in talent movement.
- Process Automation: Create and manage automated reporting processes for international teams to enhance the employee experience and streamline workflows.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and leverage technology to improve HR products, streamline operations, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Project Leadership: Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity initiatives to manage and develop high-potential talent.
