Hours: Can be flexible; usually 8am to 4pm, Mon-Fri, *Must be open to working between the hours off 7am-7pmCST*

Responsibilities
What you will do
- Handle basic inquiries via chat and emails
- Document, redirect claims
- Direct client interactions via email and chat
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Performance Metrics: 40+ cases/day, &>;95% acc, TAT <24h (JD
Power/McKinsey benchmarks for entry efficiency).
