Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders including printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped.
- Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and order notes.
- Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.
- A high school diploma and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
