In this vital role, you will ensure that our Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program remains financially sustainable and compliant. You will manage the full lifecycle of billing claims—from initial coding and invoice review to resolving denials—ensuring that we continue to provide essential primary and specialty care to people living with HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve issues to ensure timely
reimbursement.
• Prepare Ryan White invoices and submit them to the Billing Program Coordinator for
review prior to forwarding to the Financial Services Department for payment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing activities, transactions, and related
documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all Ryan
White program requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure
proper documentation and effective billing processes.
