- Master Construction Security: Expertly navigate Bonds and Liens, evaluating General Contractor (GC) tiers and "securability" to protect project integrity.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Utilize HiRadius and Salesforce to manage high-volume credit workflows, conducting deep-dive research on GC legitimacy and project addresses.
- Solve Complex Financial Puzzles: "Add Color to the numbers" by spreading financials, calculating ratios, and identifying the stories behind loan covenants and payout impacts.
- Champion Collections: Manage historical aging and collectibility, utilizing your expertise in Lien Waivers and releases to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Industry Expertise: 5 + years of proven experience in the Construction Industry (e.g., General Contractor, or Supply) with a deep understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Credit and Collections, specifically regarding State Statutes, Bonds, and Liens.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data points into actionable insights regarding Securability and financial ratios.
- Adaptability: A proactive learner ready to "learn the way" of a market leader while providing immediate support to a dynamic fabrication group.
