Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and electronically submitted losses in rapid succession.
- Perform claim intake activities for basic claims across various lines of business.
- Provide general assistance to agents, insureds, and claimants using provided scripts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by matching caller needs with appropriate services in a polite, professional manner.
- Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Environment: Ability to remain empathetic and helpful in a high-volume call environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing multiple software systems and following scripted guidelines.
- Home Office: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Work Location: 100% Remote.
- Eligibility: You must live in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) zones to apply.
