- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or Industrial Technology is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Literacy: Proven ability to read blueprints, understand manufacturing workflows, and engage in high-level technical discussions with Engineering departments.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in long-cycle technical sales and closing deals with OEMs.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to build sales processes and territory strategies from scratch without a "playbook."

Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new OEM and industrial opportunities through strategic research, networking, and technical outreach.
- Technical Consultation: Act as the primary liaison between customers and our internal operations/estimating teams to ensure complex technical requirements are met.
- RFQ Management: Lead the end-to-end RFQ process—from gathering engineering specs to submitting final quotations and closing the deal.
- Strategic Growth: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to pivot sales strategies and expand existing accounts.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at industry trade shows and client site visits (some travel required).
- CRM Management: Maintain rigorous data integrity in the CRM to provide accurate forecasting and market insights.
