We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Performance Coach to support our overnight production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, serving as the first point of contact for employees starting their shift and a consistent presence on the production floor throughout the night. You’ll help employees check in, confirm schedules, get to their assigned areas, and resolve day-to-day HR questions—ensuring the night shift runs smoothly from start to finish. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 2PM-11:15PM - hours per week expected 35-40 

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 2 PM - 11:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Check in production employees at the start of each shift and verify attendance
  
  
• Walk employees to their assigned production areas and ensure they are set up for the day
  
  
• Confirm work schedules, shift assignments, and department placements
  
  
• Serve as a daily point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  
  
• Assist with day-to-day HR-related items such as timecard issues, schedule questions, and policy reminders
  
  
• Support performance conversations by reinforcing expectations, attendance standards, and workplace policies
  
  
• Escalate employee issues, concerns, or performance trends to site leadership or HR as needed
  
  
• Maintain accurate attendance and interaction records
  
  
• Promote a positive, professional, and safe work environment on the production floor
