Randstad is looking for a bilingual customer service representative looking in the Phoenix, AZ , who is having is 

• Must be fluent in both spanish and english
• You will work as a bilingual Customer Service Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer’s complaints/enquiries.

Training Days/Hours:

830am-5pm (mon-friday)

8 weeks of training

Shift Days/Hours: 

Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off

5am-1:30pm

6am-2:30pm

7am-3:30pm

8:30am-5pm

9:30am-6pm

1:30pm-10pm

Internal pay + career progression insight:

  Intent to convert perm 

5% differential for bilingual once going perm. 

  FTE pay rate: $20

• You will work as a bilingual Customer Service Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer’s complaints/enquiries.
• Researching cases independently 
• Expected to meet strict metrics
• Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers
• Responsible for reviewing the customer’s credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
