We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerical Coordinator on a temporary basis to support our Transportation Department during a period of organizational growth. Under the direction of the new Director of Transportation, this role is critical in clearing a departmental backlog and ensuring all operational data is accurate.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurately enter and update employee information and departmental metrics into ADP.
  
  
• Time Tracking: Assist with processing and auditing time-tracking records to ensure payroll and scheduling accuracy.
  
  
• Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize departmental records, create reports, and maintain digital filing systems.
  
  
• Backlog Reduction: Systematically work through historical data to ensure all systems are current by the end of the 90-day term.
  
  
• General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the transportation leadership team as departmental changes are implemented.
