Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Leadership
- Establish and deploy standardized manufacturing processes across multiple facilities.
- Share best practices and lessons learned between sites to accelerate improvements and eliminate duplication of effort.
- Promote alignment in operating methods, equipment use, and process controls.
- Analyze primary and supporting manufacturing processes to develop solutions that can be replicated across locations.
- Evaluate existing equipment and recommend upgrades, modifications, or new technologies to improve performance and reliability.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and external suppliers to support new and existing products.
- Serve as an operations representative on product development initiatives, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet performance expectations.
- Design, refine, and optimize printing and converting processes from early concept through full-scale production and customer use.
- Assess and improve manufacturing methods, material efficiency, tooling, equipment capability, and quality systems.
- Use data-driven problem-solving to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
