Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with Financial Advisors and branch staff. You will handle high-priority inquiries via phone and case management systems, ensuring all responses are accurate, professional, and timely.
- Adhere to established procedures by efficiently routing processing requests to designated teams. You will proactively escalate inquiries for further research when necessary to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed team and departmental service goals. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s ongoing success and overall client satisfaction.
- Actively recognize operational risks within day-to-day processes. You will identify key issues and contribute to process improvements to safeguard firm and client assets.
