• Champion Accuracy: Review, prepare, and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring every transaction aligns with company standards.
  
  
• Master Data Integrity: Gather and synthesize cost data to prepare comprehensive backup for customer invoices and financial reports.
  
  
• Resolve & Collaborate: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve fiscal discrepancies and ensure vendor statement accuracy.
  
  
• Drive Excellence: Perform vital audits, journal entries, and special projects to support monthly reconciliations.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: College coursework in accounting principles is a significant plus.
  
  
• Experience: At least one year of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable.  
  
  
• Tech Savvy: Essential proficiency in Microsoft Business software; experience with SAP is highly valued.  
  
  
• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
