A leading organization within the manufacturing and supply chain industry is seeking a Junior Demand Planner to support supply and demand planning activities across the extended supply chain. This role will focus on managing forecasts, inventory levels, supplier collaboration, and reporting to help achieve targeted service levels while operating in an efficient and data-driven manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional looking to gain hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasts and support new product launches to ensure demand patterns are accurately reflected in planning systems
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support service level and fill rate targets
• Collaborate closely with demand planners, sales teams, and suppliers to balance supply and demand within assigned categories
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes through ongoing communication and data alignment
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including service level, waterfall, and excess & obsolete inventory reporting
• Participate in regular planning and review meetings to support data-driven decision-making

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration preferred
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain and inventory management concepts
• Analytical skills with experience working with data, figures, and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and demand planning tools (e.g., addONE or similar)
• Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external suppliers
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
