The Role In this position, you won't just be delivering content; you will be building the systems that deliver it. You will support our training team by developing high-impact materials and optimizing our digital platforms. This is a dedicated project role with a clear scope, perfect for someone who enjoys seeing a project through from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Development: Design and produce engaging training manuals, presentations, and resources that simplify complex processes.
- SharePoint Optimization: Serve as the primary support for SharePoint, managing document libraries and enhancing collaboration sites.
- LMS Administration: Assist in the backend administration of our Learning Management System, including course creation and content uploads.
- Technical Support: Utilize Poka and Office 365 to improve workflow and knowledge retention across the organization.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, or Education.
- Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in SharePoint (crucial) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- The "X" Factor: Previous experience in Web Design and Project Management is highly preferred, as these skills will help elevate the aesthetic and efficiency of our project.
- Location: Onsite at our St. Louis headquarters (Monday–Thursday); Remote (Friday).
- Hours: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Duration: This is a specialized project role with no current plan for extension.
