Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a variety of incoming and outbound inquiries from agents and policyholders via phone and email, providing professional and accurate solutions.
- Process high volumes of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and ID card requests
- Manage and index several Customer Service Center digital mailboxes to ensure all requests are routed and handled efficiently.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls regarding new business, renewals, and customer satisfaction to strengthen client relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience or working knowledge of Commercial Rating or Agency Customer Service is "preferred."
- $20.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm OR 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
