Immediate opening for an established CPA firm.  Be the face of a firm where precision meets personality—we’re looking for an experienced CPA professional who makes every client feel like the only client.  More than just answering phones: help us bridge the gap between complex tax processes and world-class client service.

salary: $19.06 - $22.26 per hour

Responsibilities

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A CPA FIRM

• The Face of the Firm: Warmly welcome clients and visitors to our Lakeshore Drive suite, ensuring our reception area always reflects our high professional standards.
  
  
• Communication Hub: Expertly route incoming calls and manage inquiries related to our tax, audit, and consulting services.
  
  
• Master of Logistics: Take ownership of firm calendars, coordinating complex meeting schedules for our auditors and leadership team.
  
  
• Administrative Excellence: Handle vital documentation, from preparing client correspondence and appointment reminders to scanning and filing sensitive audit materials.
  
  
• Client Intake Support: Guide new clients through the intake process, ensuring their information is accurately gathered and they are connected with the right expert.
  
  
• Operational Support: Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, facility requests, and assisting with internal communications.
  
  
• Confidentiality Expert: Safeguard sensitive firm and client data with the utmost discretion and care.
