Are you a data-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of logistics, strategy, and vendor management? We are looking for a Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Specialist to join our high-functioning Accessories and National Accounts team.

In this role, you won’t just be tracking shipments—you’ll be a strategic contributor responsible for managing specialized product lines that sit outside our standard logistics framework. You will play a critical role in ensuring program success through meticulous inventory oversight, advanced forecasting, and high-level vendor accountability.

** This is a hybrid contract role

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand and operational goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support long-term planning and strategic initiatives.
• Develop forecasts to anticipate supply needs and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting on supply chain performance.
• Successfully manage StarSupport cases, Price Chang eRequests, and invoice deep-dive analyses, ensuring timing resolution and alignment with internal stakeholders and dealer partners
• Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimize scrapping, and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership to support decision-making.
