Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Execute domestic and international sample orders using specialized logistics applications, ensuring all shipments comply with IATA and DOT regulations.
- Lead physical inventory reconciliations for bulk and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) samples, utilizing Excel to generate high-accuracy reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain and archive Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring all laboratory activities adhere to HSE, site safety, and FIFRA labeling policies.
- Assist in overseeing restricted GLP areas, maintaining secure storage and meticulous records for future reference and regulatory audits.
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of safe chemical handling and laboratory safety protocols.
- High computer literacy, including experience with data entry and inventory management software (e.g., Excel, CRM, or specialized Logistics Apps).
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management, particularly within a regulated industry.
- Pay Rate: $23.65 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) – Enjoy a consistent work-life balance.
