The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for coordinating supply and demand across the extended supply chain to ensure consistent achievement of service level targets. This role focuses on the efficient synchronization of inventory and forecasting, supporting demand planners to maintain a seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Responsibilities

• Demand Strategy (40%): You will own the sales forecast, managing everything from steady-state demand to high-stakes new product launches. You’ll keep our systems and suppliers in sync with real-world market patterns.
  
  
• Inventory Optimization (35%): You’ll be the architect of our inventory levels. Your goal is to achieve peak fill rates and target service levels without bloating the balance sheet.
  
  
• S&OP Integration (10%): You will act as the vital link between our Demand Planning team and our suppliers, facilitating constant communication to balance the scales of supply and demand.
  
  
• Insights & Analytics (15%): You’ll own the "source of truth" for your categories. Through Service Level, Waterfall, and E&O reporting, you’ll lead the narrative in S&OP meetings to drive informed decision-making.
