Responsibilities
- Monitor EDI and company inboxes to capture, map, and export purchase orders into the ERP for both EDI and non-EDI accounts.
- Maintain accurate item master data across internal systems and create high-volume processing templates.
- Analyze stock availability to manage complex vendor allocations and recommend product alternatives to meet ship dates.
- Oversee the Procurement Master Order Tracker and interpret vendor manuals to ensure 100% compliance with brand, labeling, and packaging standards.
