Responsibilities
The Role: As the bridge between customer orders and vendor execution, you will ensure our global supply chain operates seamlessly. You will manage complex order flows, oversee EDI processes, and collaborate with international partners to ensure products reach customers on time.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Mapping: Monitor EDI and company inboxes to capture, map, and export purchase orders into the ERP system.
- Master Data Management: Maintain accurate item master data and create high-volume processing templates.
- Inventory Analysis: Use Excel to analyze stock availability, manage vendor allocations, and recommend product alternatives.
- Compliance: Oversee the Procurement Master Order Tracker and interpret vendor manuals to ensure 100% compliance with packaging and labeling standards.
- Excel Mastery (Required): Expert knowledge of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn ERP systems (Sage X3 experience is a plus) and manage EDI processes.
- Detail Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and template creation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
