We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team today. Reporting directly to the Cost Manager, you will be a vital contributor to our finance operations, helping us maintain world-class standards in costing and inventory management in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

You will be supporting the ongoing maintenance of standard costs, month end closing activities, reporting and controls.

What You’ll Do:

• SAP Management: Handle BOMs, product routings, and monthly closing tasks.
  
  
• Cost Analysis: Monitor and report on PPV, labor, and overhead variances.
  
  
• Standard Costing: Keep product costs accurate by analyzing labor and material trends.
  
  
• Audits: Provide high-quality data support for all financial audits.
  
  
• Inventory: Lead cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies immediately.
  
  
• Planning: Help shape the future of the facility by assisting with budgets and forecasts.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
  
  
• A strong grasp of SAP or a similar ERP system.
  
  
• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  
  
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy.
