This person will provide essential support to the Senior Financial Analyst by assisting in the management of financial dashboards, performing data validation, and helping to prepare reports that drive strategic insights. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity across the organization’s financial systems to support regional and community-focused teams.  

salary: $29 - $30 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Data Integrity: Perform meticulous data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information presented in company dashboards.
• System Maintenance: Support the Senior Financial Analyst in the administration of FP&A systems, including data feed configuration and platform architecture maintenance.
• Budgeting Assistance: Contribute to the organization’s budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation of annual budgets and long-term projections.
• Dashboard Development: Help leverage financial planning systems to maintain and update KPIs and data visualizations for various business units.
• Team Support: Assist in providing guidance to regional and community teams on how to utilize financial tools and interpret data insights.
