- Act as the primary liaison between customers and distribution centers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries of moderate complexity, navigating established procedures to find the best outcome for the business and the client.
- Monitor supply chain activities to ensure we are building a competitive infrastructure and leveraging logistics effectively.
- Developed skills through previous supply chain training or relevant work experience.
- The ability to work efficiently within established guidelines while identifying opportunities for business unit impact.
- While you will receive a moderate degree of supervision, you are expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
