In this role, you become an essential link in the payment lifecycle for Property & Casualty and Life insurance lines. You will:

• Spearhead Payment Processing: Manage incoming payments across multiple rails, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision.
• Optimize Workflow Accuracy: Utilize high-speed check scanning and processing technology to maintain high-volume production standards.
• Ensure Financial Integrity: Perform "Day 2" balancing and key control reviews to uphold rigorous audit and compliance standards.
• Master Salesforce & Microsoft Systems: Leverage industry-leading tools to log volume and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

What You Bring to the Team Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in time-sensitive environments:

• Proven Data Proficiency: At least  1 + years of experience in high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy.  
• Financial Foundation: 1+ years of experience in money movement or check processing is highly preferred.  
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and Salesforce platforms.  
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with your team to meet shared goals.
