Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for executive calendars, strategically prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts to maximize leadership productivity.
- Executive Correspondence: Manage high-volume email inboxes and phone lines, drafting professional responses and ensuring timely follow-up on all internal and external inquiries.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Organize comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed expense reporting.
- Meeting Preparation: Facilitate executive meetings by preparing agendas, assembling briefing materials, and taking concise minutes to track action items and deadlines.
- Project Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between senior leadership and departmental managers to track the progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure executive directives are met.
- Document Production: Draft, edit, and proofread high-stakes documents, including slide decks for board presentations, company-wide memos, and confidential reports.
