Pay & Schedule Details:

• Pay Rate: $19.17 per hour
• Work Schedule: Shifts will be 8 hours, 5 days per week.
  • Availability Window: Sunday – Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Candidates must be flexible to work during this entire time frame.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to a varietyh of service inquiries.

• Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Consistently meet key department performance metrics
• Provide functional support across areas including:
  • Cash Management products and services
  • Online (client website) and Mobile app support
  • General account or financial related inquiries
