Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Process complex transactions, reconcilements, and loan/security payments.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Review servicer reports for accuracy and monitor pooled loans to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Data Analysis: Develop and manage tracking tools (EUCTs) using Advanced Excel and Access to translate legal contract terms into formulas.
- Legal Research: Interpret legal documents regarding collateral or bond payments.
- Communication: Liaison with investors and servicers regarding remittances and corrections.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis; AND a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Econ or related fields)
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; Basic Microsoft Access skills preferred.
- Core Skills: Mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal documents.
- Preferred: Previous experience in Corporate Trust or Default/Servicin
