- Education: College diploma or a minimum 2-year university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant scientific field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on lab skills, computer proficiency, and experience operating standard lab equipment.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with long hours of standing and light to medium lifting (up to 10kg) for pails, boxes, and ball milling operations.
- Soft Skills: solid written/oral communication and the ability to cope in a demanding, fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Safety First: A strict commitment to health, safety, GMP, and data-integrity guidelines.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulation Support: Calculate ingredient requirements, pre-weigh raw materials, and process batches while recording all notable characteristics.
- Stability Testing: Assist in product stability testing to understand the interactions between raw materials and processes.
- Equipment Mastery: Learn and operate all lab-scale equipment (pH meters, scales, viscometers, mixers/blenders) and follow related SOPs.
- Lab Maintenance: Maintain raw material inventory, fill product samples, and organize laboratory files to ensure a clean, efficient workspace.
- Data Integrity: Input and submit batch cards and pertinent data into corporate R&D systems.
