Responsibilities
• Resolve inventory and receiving discrepancies in the accounting system.
• Close and write off aged work orders with proper documentation.
• Manage price maintenance, trade agreement updates, and related financial issues.
• Reconcile banking and cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and resolve customer and vendor settlements, including aging cleanup.
• Investigate and correct settlement variances in compliance with financial policies.
• Support business to business account reconciliations and needed financial adjustments.
• Perform bad debt assessments and write-offs following approval guidelines.
• Execute UAT test scenarios and document issues, ensuring workflows perform as
expected.
• Conduct post-release validation to confirm accurate financial transactions and system
behavior.
