Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting / QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist to support a data migration project. This role will focus on transferring financial data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, verifying accuracy, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer and input financial data from QuickBooks Desktop into QuickBooks Online
  
  
• Verify and compare two trial balances to ensure accuracy and identify required entries
  
  
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
  
  
• Assist with basic accounting support as needed
  
  
• Use Excel at a basic level for data review and organization
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
  
  
• strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
  
  
• Ability to review and reconcile trial balances
  
  
• Basic Excel skills (data review, simple spreadsheets)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with accounting clean-up or system conversions
  
  
• Bookkeeping or accounting support background
