Must be Local!!! Tech is responsible for processing parts-related cases and submitting parts orders through the Salesforce system. This role supports internal teams and customers by ensuring accurate, timely handling of parts requests and maintaining proper documentation. The Jr Tech works in a fully remote environment and must be comfortable using computer systems and following established workflows.

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience with web-based applications
• Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and process-driven workflows
• Effective written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
• Prior experience in parts processing, order entry, customer support, or technical support
• Familiarity with inventory, logistics, or order management processes
• Basic technical or mechanical aptitude
• Experience working in a remote or teleworking role
• Salesforce experience (CRM)
• Must be local
• Must pass assessments

Responsibilities

• Process parts cases in Salesforce accurately and efficiently
• Create, review, and submit parts orders based on case details and internal guidelines
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information before order submission
• Update case notes and order status in Salesforce to ensure proper documentation
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) regarding parts requests or order issues
• Monitor open cases and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or system issues
• Adhere to company processes, data accuracy standards, and service-level expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and data security while working remotely
