- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience with web-based applications

Responsibilities
- Process parts cases in Salesforce accurately and efficiently
- Create, review, and submit parts orders based on case details and internal guidelines
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information before order submission
- Update case notes and order status in Salesforce to ensure proper documentation
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) regarding parts requests or order issues
- Monitor open cases and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or system issues
- Adhere to company processes, data accuracy standards, and service-level expectations
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while working remotely
